The Power of "Common Space" -- on Race
A special thanks to everyone who contributed to such an amazing converation last night on race and public policy: the featured speaker, Councilmember Samuels; our co-sponsor the Metropolitan Alliance of Community Centers; the event sponsor, US Bancorp; and the host, the Phyllis Wheatley Community Center.
An additional thanks to the 40 people who attended and took part, far exceeding our expectations (and our food).
