Parking & Directions
The Citizens League is located inside the CoCo coworking and collaborative space at 213 E 4th Street, Suite 425, St. Paul, MN 55101.
When you enter the building, take the elevator to the fourth floor. You will be greeted there and directed up one more level to the Citizens League's office.
From the West (I-94 traveling East from Minneapolis) Take Exit 242C toward 7th St.
Continue straight onto Wall Street.
Go 3 blocks, then turn right onto E 4th Street.
CoCo will be on your right.
From the East (I-94 traveling West)
Take Exit 243 for US-61/Mounds Blvd toward Kellogg Blvd.
Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Mounds Blvd N/US-61, and merge onto US-61/Mounds Blvd.
Turn left onto Kellogg Blvd E.
Follow Kellogg across 52 and into downtown.
Turn right onto N Wacouta St.
Take your next left onto E 4th Street.
CoCo will be on your right.
From the North (I-35E traveling South)
Take the Wacouta St/10th Street exit.
Keep left at the fork to continue on Wacouta Street.
Go 6 blocks then take a right onto E 4th Street.
CoCo will be on your right.
From the South (I-35E traveling North)
From I-35E N, merge onto I-94 E.
Take Exit 242C toward 7th St.
Continue straight onto Wall Street.
Go 3 blocks, then turn right onto E 4th Street.
CoCo will be on your right.
