All the reports of Citizens League study committees -- as well as many additional policy statements, tax studies, and other documents -- are available in this online library. The reports are in pdf format with searchable text.
Some files are quite large and may take some time to open, depending on the speed of your internet connection.
How to use this library:
1. Search the reports: Use this search tool to search within the text of the approximately 500 reports, statements and other documents. Because many of these documents are decades old, the text recognition is imperfect, but all reports are searchable.
2. Browse the list of report titles by date
3. Browse the list of report titles by policy topic
